Lee Jordan

Head Instructor/Owner

Lee has been the head instructor of the studio since 2002, when he took over from his mother Regina.  This is Lee’s 15th year at his own studio.  Lee has 30 years of dance experience, 17 years of those were under his mother, and he studied for 3 years under David Legg.

Lee holds a Dance Masters Certificate and has over 19 years of teaching experience, five of which were under the supervision of Regina Jordan. Lee has also taken workshops from Shane Sparks, Gustavo Vargas, and others at National competitions.  Lee is the head instructor and choreographer for all of the classes at the studio.

  • The studio’s hip hop group 8 Nations was named WV Power Park’s Dance Team – 2009

Tristen “Steele,” is a 20 year old from Saint Albans, West Virginia. He graduated from Saint Albans high school in 2017. He currently dances and teaches at Lee’s studio of dance. Which is located in Winfield, West Virginia. He has danced here for 13 years, and does not plan on stopping anytime soon. Tristen has accoladed many national titles and has even reached the “Final Five” at the World Dance Championships, held in the Meadowlands. Tristen attended Mountaineer Boys State in 2016.

Bethany has been dancing at Lee’s Studio of Dance for 7 years, and she attends Riverside High School in Belle, WV as a senior. She is a 6-year member of the competition team and participates in almost every competition dance in recent years. This is her first year assisting at Lee’s. She has solo experience in tap and jazz, but also enjoys hip hop and working with younger dancers.


Kayleb “Kay” Jones is a 20 year old Dancer/choreographer based out of Charleston, WV. He has been in Dance since the age of 10, trained in very modern styles such as Ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary. Being a young dancer he started in the dance scene as a competition dancer, where he had went on and competed solos winning many regional and national titles, in West Virginia, Ohio etc. His biggest achievement from being a competition dancer was winning “ Mr. V. I. P.” In Sandusky, Ohio! As Kayleb grew older he knew he wanted to take the professional route in dancing and started taking the “ hip hop” and “ commercial” dance scene route very serious. Every summer since 2015 he has taken time to go to either LA, or NYC to take his training more serious! Kayleb has taken from and trained from world renowned choreographers and dancers by the names of Will “ Willdabeast” Adams, Hollywood, Anthony Thomas, Janelle janestra, Dana foglia, and many more! All who have worked with names from Janet Jackson, usher, Beyoncé and so fourth! Kay currently is a hip hop/ Jazz funk choreographer for many studios in his area and as well as out of state, and is working with local pop, and R&B artists! His first piece he choreographed as a group went and qualified for the Worlds Dance championship!

Cassidy Cash

Student Assistant

Cassidy is an active member of our studio competition team.  She has been competing for 10 years and has 16 years of dance training.  This is her 4th year as an assistant at our studio.  She has also assisted Lee at the Tyler Mountain YMCA Summer Dance camps.  Cassidy has also assisted in teaching a class at Rock Lake Arts Camp.  She  currently has a part time job at the YMCA in Cross Lanes as a child care worker.  Her favorite styles of dance include musical theater and tap.  Cassidy has taken numerous workshops from choreographers associated with Showstoppers and Kids Artistic Revue.  She has also participated in community performances including an event for the Susan G. Komen foundation.  In her future,  Cassidy plans to continue dancing throughout her college career.
